The Firm was formed in January of 2005 when Yee-Yoong Yong (formerly of Sidley Austin) joined Joseph D. Epps (The Law Offices of Joseph D. Epps) and merged their respective practices, and was expanded in April of 2009 when Dawn M. Coulson (formerly of Steckbauer Weinhart Jaffe, LLP) merged her practice.
